Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Komunikasi Internal Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai Di PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Rantauprapat
Abstract
This research aims to find out how much influence leadership style and internal communication have on employee work effectiveness at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Rantauprapat. The type of research used is quantitative method research, through data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Determination of the sample technique used the opinion of Sugiyono (2013) as many as 32 people. The data processed is the result of distributing questionnaires to employees at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Rantauprapat. The data analysis techniques used in this research are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing, and hypothesis testing, after which the data is processed using SPSS 29.0.
Based on the t test for the influence of leadership style on work effectiveness at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Rantauprapat has tcount 2.545 > ttable 2.045 with a significant level of (0.017) < (0.05), so H0 is rejected, which means that the leadership style variable (X1) partially influences the work effectiveness (Y) of employees at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Rantauprapat. Then the influence of internal communication on employee work effectiveness at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Rantauprapat has tcount 4.178 > ttable 2.045 with a significant value of (0.001) < (0.05), so H0 is rejected, which means that the internal communication variable (X2) partially influences the work effectiveness (Y) of employees at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Rantauprapat. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (f test) show that the fcount value is 10.047 with a significant value (0.001) and the ftable for 32 samples is 3.330 with a sig table (0.05), so H0 is rejected, meaning that leadership style (X1) and internal communication (X2) simultaneously influences the work effectiveness (Y) of employees at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Rantauprapat. The test results for the coefficient of determination of the R square value are 0.409 or 40.9%. Based on this R Square value, it can be seen that leadership style (X1) and internal communication (X2) together have an influence of 40.9%, and the remaining 59.1% is influenced by other variables outside of this research.
